Falmouth's Head Chef Paul Brennan says:
"My passion and commitment towards cooking was instilled in me at a very young age by the man who introduced me to cooking - my Father, who was a chef in the forces. He inspired me to experiment and to be imaginative. There is always something new to learn and create with food which is what I love about being in the kitchen."
The restaurant itself reflects the grand character of the hotel building with high ceilings, covings, cornices and chandeliers. It offers views out over the gardens to the sea, its décor echoing the blues and golds of sea and sand. Dress is smart casual and the atmosphere is ambient and friendly with a personable and professional team on hand to ensure diners are well looked after.
The Falmouth Hotel has a spacious Bar/Lounge area where you can relax in comfort and admire the view as well as partake of a beverage and enjoy a comprehensive selection of bar meals and snacks, available at lunchtime and in the evenings up until 10pm. An Afternoon Tea menu is available between 2.30 – 5pm. Mild weather permitting, the hotel has a lovely outdoor terrace area that takes full advantage of the wonderful sea views.
